Friends of the Cape Cod National Seashore
Friends of the Cape Cod National Seashore is the not-for-profit
fundraising partner of the Cape Cod National Seashore; a partnership
established in 1987 to help preserve, protect and enhance the fragile
environment, visitor experience and unique cultural heritage of the
park.
FRIENDS responsibilities and activities include: promoting the educational, environmental, and historical efforts of the Cape Cod National Seashore; supporting interpretive programs for visitors and residents; providing volunteers for natural resources programs, trail maintenance, and other projects; encouraging private donations to support seashore programs; and managing special funds that contribute to educational, archival and research projects.
